OUR WEB DESIGN PROCESS IN MANITOBA
Every web design project begins formally with a kickoff meeting where we sit down with our clients to go over the project's specifics. The project's fundamentals and main goal will usually be known before the kickoff, therefore now is the time for our teams to work together to iron out the details.
We'll go over the creative brief and talk about the objectives of your new website, your conversion objectives, and, depending on how complex the project is, the navigation path that users will take when they visit it in the future.
If we're working with an existing website, our team will make a sitemap of what's there and recommendations based on it. These recommendations may include, but are not limited to, taking multiple pages with less content and combining them if appropriate, and moving older content around to ensure it is grouped appropriately throughout the website.
Collection And Management Of Content
Unless our agency's copywriting services are included in the project, we often use Google Drive to exchange and collect content from clients because it is safe, secure, and simple to access. We will give clients access to project files and documents so they can transfer content to be included to the new website if they are providing their own content (copy, photographs, videos, etc.).
Site Design And Wireframing
Our graphic designers take the lead and start working on creating a design presentation that includes visual themes, colours, font types, and brand applications once we get our client's approval on the sitemap for the website. Additionally, we'll create a homepage and a few crucial pages to give our clients a genuine first impression of the project and demonstrate how the concept is carried out.
Building on the Site
Unless copywriting is part of the project on our end, development doesn't begin until we've gotten all the necessary content from the customer and the website design has been authorised after the presentation.
Starting with a blank template that has common features and technologies built into it, we construct client websites with various CMS systems, usually WordPress, adding the branding and design that the design team has provided. If necessary, we can make unique adjustments to the website's code or use plugins that are appropriate for the type of website we're constructing (HTML and CSS).
Instruction and Launch
This often occurs when the website is about 80% complete. Once the site is up, we'll get in touch with our clients and give them a link to the draught website so they can review it in its entirety. Link sharing takes place in conjunction with training sessions when our developers will show you around the website and assist you in becoming familiar with its features and look so you feel comfortable using WordPress.

Our customer is as broad as our office staff and extends beyond Manitoba, even to California. We don't work with any particular client group.
