Google has announced a new feature called Google Wallet that allows users to send money to each other using their Gmail accounts. The service is currently in beta and is only available in the US.
However, there are already a number of companies offering similar services, including Paypal, Venmo, and Square Cash. So what sets Google Wallet apart from these other options?
For one thing, Google Wallet is integrated with Gmail, so you can easily send money to someone by just entering their email address. You don't need to create a separate account or login to another website.
Furthermore, Google Wallet uses your existing bank account so you don't have to set up a new one. And if you're worried about security, don't be – all transactions are encrypted and stored on Google's secure servers.
So if you're looking for a convenient way to send money to friends and family, Google Wallet is definitely worth checking out.
